Ribe Oyster Festival

Ribe Oyster Festival invites you to a sensory journey into the unique universe of the Wadden Sea on 7th and 8th March 2025.
Here history, nature and gastronomy meet in the heart of the oldest town in the Nordics.

Take part in an oyster safari, where you collect the delicacies of the sea yourself directly from the rolling landscape.

Join Timm Vladimir for the Great Oyster Dinner - a gourmet experience where Wadden Sea oysters are the centerpiece of an evening that celebrates taste, quality and community. Timm Vladimir is the host and guides you through the evening.

At the oyster market, you can be inspired by both local producers and storytelling and try your hand at the Oyster Workshop, where you can learn much more about how to prepare your freshly picked oysters.

Ribe Oyster Festival is much more than a tasting experience - it is a tribute to a world heritage site.
