Ribe Oyster Festival invites you on a sensory journey into the unique world of the Wadden Sea 7th and 8th March 2025.
Here history, nature and gastronomy meet in the heart of Scandinavia's oldest town.
Join us on an oyster safari where you collect the delicacies of the sea right on land. Pamper your taste buds with exquisite oyster dishes prepared by local chefs in the area's restaurants. Or be enchanted by masterful creations at the Oyster Chefs' Meeting - a gourmet experience where oysters are the focus and an evening dedicated to taste, quality and community.
At the Oyster Market you will find inspiration from local producers and stories that connect the region's past and present.
The Ribe Oyster Festival is much more than a taste experience – it is a tribute to a world heritage site.
