Mette Rexen Yoga

Mette Rexen Yoga is a cozy yoga studio on Fanø. You can find me under the roof of "Realen" in atmospheric and calm surroundings, where all yoga equipment is available.

I offer regular classes (Hatha, Yin Yoga, Mindful gentle yoga and yoga for men).
If you are unable to follow a regular team, it is possible to participate as a guest on the regular teams.

In addition, there are workshops, retreats and open classes on weekends and holidays throughout the year. I work with Fanø's restaurants and offer events in collaboration with them.

You also have the option of booking individual and group sessions and special events, and I also offer Yin Yoga massage and Restorative relaxation in 1:1 sessions.
